We are glad to announce that we recently released Lipostar 2.2.1
- Overview: The new Lipostar release (v2.2.1) supports the new lipid nomenclature used in the LIPID MAPS LMSD. The old, now obsolete, nomenclature is still supported by the software. Fragmentation rules have been updated to accommodate both naming formats. In Additionally, this release includes enlarged fragmentation rules for Gangliosides.

- Lipid name without brackets is supported (e.g., PC 16:0/18:0 ). The old nomenclature is still supported.
