System Requirements & Installation

Operating system: Linux/Windows (7, 10,11)
Recommended PC: 64-bit, i5 or i7 or higher processor.
- Small molecules: 4Gb minimum and 8Gb recommended.
- Macromolecules: 16Gb minimum and 32Gb recommended.

MassMetaSite: Download Massmetasite (moldiscovery.com). Execute the file that you downloaded as admin. Once installed Run the software and new window will pop up with a license line that you should submit at the moldiscovery.com
MS File converter from us: https://www.leadmolecular.com/downloads/Converter/msfile-converter.zip. The file has to be uncompressed in a folder that the user will have access
For some vendors the user may need to download the libraries to read the file:
Thermo you need to install: MS File reader: https://thermo.flexnetoperations.com/control/thmo/download?cert_num=725171427&element=6306677&dkey=8792527&plne=820577
Waters UNIFI connection: To read UNIFI data, also needs a UNIFI 1.9 SR2 server running an UNIFI AP
For other vendors there is no need any extra installations.
